Cancellation Policy

At anytime Irtus may cancel a user’s (IS-CAST) account for any reason that justifies that an account is not adhering to our Terms and Conditions. If cancellation is caused by you or someone accessing your account then no refund will be given and your account and all information will be deleted immediately and cannot be retrieved.

If you feel that you would like to cancel your (IS-CAST) account then you must do so by contacting Irtus. Irtus will not refund any credits purchased through your account. If you subscribed to our subscription service then you will be refunded for each full un-used months only if you have been a subscriber for more than 6 months. Any subscriptions below 6 months do not qualify for a refund.
