How (IS-CAST) Works

(IS-CAST) is based on two types of user accounts: Master Account and User Account. As the name suggests, the Master Account controls all the features of the application and can quickly monitor a User's Accounts productivity level. As a Master Account you can create as many User Accounts as you wish. The Master Account is in control of all functions of sending follow-ups.

The User Account is primarily used for managing and adding new leads into your system. So, if you outsource a lead entry for your account, you can do so without anyone making adjustments to your account settings. You are always in control of your Master Account and thereby, all User Accounts you create.

User Accounts are restricted to only the following tasks:
  • Add new leads to your account.
  • Validate follow-up emails before they are sent (Master Account user can disable this feature).
  • Search and Opt-Out leads that are not interested in your product and/or service (Master Account user can disable this feature).
  • Search and edit lead information (Master Account user can disable this feature).



Real-World Scenario

Here is a real-world scenario on how (IS-CAST) would play a role in growing your company. For example purposes, lets say that you are in the business of selling paper boxes for shipping, and you have an (IS-CAST) account. You have a great product that is in demand, but many companies that require your boxes have never heard of you. If you could increase your product awareness globally, wouldn't that be beneficial to you? So how do you do this?

Since you don't have the time to search for new leads, you hire a worker (as an employee or on a contractual basis or by www.getafreelancer.com) to find potential new customers for you on the web. This is the easy part. A quick search on Google for "Shipping" and you receive a long list of companies who ship products. Your employee goes through each search result and visits each company's website. From the company's website he/she identifies how to contact this company by email. Once identified, your employee enters the collected information in the (IS-CAST)'s User Account. The system automatically generates an email by pre-populating the email with the new leads information and sends it out.

After a few weeks have gone by and you haven't heard back from the lead you emailed, the system automatically sends out another email to the customer (intervals are assigned by you). Only this time in a different format, explaining how you are following up from the first email. The lead contacts you and realizes that his company would save thousands of dollars by purchasing boxes from you. You've now made a new customer. If you follow this same process with hundreds of companies world-wide your sales will increase exponentially.

Hey hold on, isn't this spamming? NO. Every email that goes out contains a link that removes the lead from ever receiving another email from your account. The system automatically removes the Opted Out lead and makes sure that they cannot be added back to your account again. Furthermore, each email that is sent out contains your contact information and your company address. Thus adhering to ALL anti-spamming laws, guidelines and protocols, ensuring your emails always meet all laws and regulations. Meeting these guidelines also assures you that your emails will always reach the intended recipient without being trapped in email spam filters.

User Account Features:
Feature Name Feature Description
Add Leads This is the primary role of a User Account. Only with a User Account are leads entered into your (IS-CAST) account. Before adding a lead to your account you, as the Master Account holder, can enable the system to validate that email address by performing an MX Lookup. With an MX Lookup enabled, the system will communicate with the client's email server domain to make sure that the email address actually exists. If it doesn't the system will report to the User Account holder that the email is invalid.
Validate Follow-ups If the Master Account holder has specified that follow-up emails should be validated before sending out then this feature will appear in a user's account. This allows the User Account holder to confirm the content of an email (the follow-up email) before it is pooled for sending.
Opt-Out Leads If the Master Account holder has specified that a User Account can manage Opt-Out management then this feature will appear in a user's account. Opt-Out management allows a User Account holder to mark a lead as Opted Out or as Opted In.
Delete Leads If the Master Account holder has specified that a User Account can manage deletion of leads then this feature will appear in a user's account. Lead deletion allows a User Account holder to mark a lead as deleted or not deleted. Access to this feature is a good idea so that a User Account can mark leads as deleted if an email bounced. Once a lead is marked as deleted the lead is still stored in your account but no emails can be sent to this lead. The lead is kept in your account so that the same lead cannot be re-added to your account. Deleted leads are not counted towards your allow maximum. Furthermore, when deleting a lead the system checks if the user opened their email address thus enabling you to determine if the email address is valid or not.
Edit Leads If the Master Account holder has specified that a User Account can edit leads then this feature will appear in the user's account. This feature allows a User Account holder to make changes to a lead's information.



Master Account and System Features:

Message Center This feature allows the Master Account holder to send a message to one or all User Account holders from within the (IS-CAST) application so that messages can be properly tracked.
User Account Stats Statistics about each User Account is provided throughout the (IS-CAST) application so that a Master Account holder can determine if more leads are required or to increase the frequency of email sending.
Lead Stats Statistics about each Product and/or Service Category are provided to get a full understanding of where most of the marketing efforts are being spent.
View Email Pool This features provides the capability of viewing how many and which emails are in the email pool.
Configure Email Pool As a Master Account holder you can specify how many lead emails are sent out. You can specify the frequency by per hour, per day, specific hours of the day, specific days of the week, and so on.
Email Tracking This feature tracks which emails were opened by recipients and how many times they opened it.
Email Opt-Out Each email that is sent out the system automatically adds a link at the bottom of each email that instructs a user how to Opt-Out from future correspondence.
HTML Emails All emails that are sent through the (IS-CAST) system are HTML compatible.
Multiple Languages (IS-CAST) is multi-language compatible so you can send emails in multiple languages.
Upgrade Account (IS-CAST) offers you the ability to upgrade your account at any time.
Manage User Accounts This feature allows the Master Account holder to manage all User Accounts. Each user account can be restricted to specific functionality to completely disabling an account.
Product/Service Management With this management feature you are able to control which products and/or services are in your account. So if you add a new product in the future and you are looking for leads only specific to this product, you can add it to your account and assign a User Account holder to this product.
Followup Management The ability to specify if follow-up emails need to be validated before sending or automatically send each email without individual validation.
Initial Email The ability for the Master Account user to specify an initial email to be sent out when a lead is added to the account. This email can also be marked as "requires follow-up" before sending.
Search Leads As a Master Account holder you also have the ability to search for leads in your database. You have complete access to lead management tasks.
Import Leads With (IS-CAST) you can import leads into your account.
Export Leads With (IS-CAST) you can export leads from your account. This action requires the Master Account's password.
Data Collection With (IS-CAST) there are no restrictions on how much data you collect about each lead. By default we provide you with fields such as first name, last name, email, address, and all company information but you can pre-define which additional fields to collect information about.
Reports There are an abundance of reports and are available through a similar interface like Google Analytics. From this interface you can generate multiple indept reports that will answer all your questions and tell you exactly what users, leads and the system is doing.
